In celebration of MAR10 Day, Nintendo is significantly bolstering the classic game libraries available to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers. Three beloved titles from Mario's extensive history are joining the service, offering a dose of nostalgia and timeless gameplay.
The headliner of this new drop is the puzzle-platformer Mario vs. Donkey Kong, originally released for the Game Boy Advance. This title challenges players to guide Mini-Marios through intricate, hazard-filled levels. They are joined by two virtual console classics from the Nintendo 64 era: Mario's Tennis, a straightforward and fun sports entry, and Mario Clash, a 3D arena-style game that evolved from the Mario Bros. arcade formula.
This addition continues Nintendo's tradition of marking MAR10 Day—a play on "Mar10" resembling the name "Mario"—with special announcements and promotions focused on the iconic plumber. The expansion provides subscribers with more ways to explore the character's long and varied gaming legacy directly on their modern console. The games are available now for members with the appropriate expansion tier, adding immediate value to the subscription service.
